Prepac MDD-2948 Maple Sonoma Desk

The desk was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. It is an attractive replacement for my old computer desk. I like it a lot,
but it has a few issues. The center panel does not extend to the rear of the desk and leaves an unfinished edge of the bottom shelf exposed. It also leaves a sharp corner of that shelf exposed. The edge on the desktop is a bit sharp and irritated my wrist when I tried to use it for my keyboard and mouse. All other edges on the desk are nicely rounded; it seems like it would have been wise to make this edge rounded too. After finding out that using the desktop for my keyboard and mouse was not going to work, I installed the keyboard shelf and found it to be uncomfortably low (around 23 inches from the floor). So, I drilled another set of holes and raised the keyboard shelf to about 24.5 inches. This was far more comfortable. The keyboard shelf for my other computer desk is 26 inches from the floor which is really comfortable. There is room to raise the shelf another 1.5 inches, but for now, I will use it as it is now.
All this being said, it is a good desk at a good price. I like the desk a lot and would order it again even knowing it had these few shortcomings.

Atlantic Gaming Desk In Black

I originally purchased the Atlantic gaming desk as a replacement for my current corner desk. I have a gaming computer, speakers
with a subwoofer, a large gaming keyboard, and a 24 inch computer monitor; this desk has found a way to incorporate all of these items and still have some room left over for miscellaneous items.
My only complaints are that the desk took quite a while to set up due to the amount of parts. Also, I don't have any controllers to set up on the controller racks, so this feature goes largely unused by me (I currently use it for holding necklaces and chokers). It would have been nice to have more storage for Games/DVDs, rather then the controller hooks. It would've been nice to have the media rack and a charging station be interchangeable, but this is not possible due to the screws underneath the desk been pre-drilled and I didn't want to make hash out of my new desk.
Other than those few complaints, the desk as a whole fits my needs. The PVC surface helps my mouse to scroll rather smoothly and the drawer underneath of the desk is helpful for flash drives, pens, and pencils and can fit a rather hefty book in there as well. The monitor stand keep my monitor at a comfortable level and the right distance from my face. The speaker mounts are great, due to them being separate from the desk surface itself; my other desk didn't have this and the speakers took up quite a bit of space.
Overall, a solid gaming desk with a few shortcomings, but very good overall.
